Once we begin working together, you will have email access to our staff and a personalized, detailed checklist to keep you on track. Six weeks before your event, we will have a thorough meeting where we hash out all the fine points.

We will work with the information you provide to formulate a master plan so that you can rest assured that the details are in place and the event is being managed by a professional. We become the point person for all of your vendors, create an extremely detailed timeline and schedule that is easy to follow, and we handle the minor issues that may arise.
